A 2 day conference for 200 invited senior management in Bruges.

Objectives:
The client's objectives were to arrange for senior management from across Europe to register for a free conference via the Honda website.

Our involvement:
Eazybook was the chosen registration solution and set up to ensure delegates could book for the programme of events and their accommodation through a seamless link from the Honda website.

Outcome:
The client was pleased with the simplicity of using a special link for the invited delegates, which also gave the impression of being part of the Honda website. They also found the real time tracking of the registrants particularly useful when it came to following up any non registrants.
