Objectives: To bring together existing and
potential customers in order to discuss and promote product

Our Involvement: Utilising Eazybook to manage
the online registration of c.300 delegates for each of the
conferences. Client opted for 7 different delegate types,
and various sessions outside of the actual conference. We
also set up a special code for sponsors which enabled them
to book free places on the system. Delegates booked their
accommodation online, with a choice of several hotels according
to their budget. The system also handled credit card bookings
online. Utilising Eazybook to manage the online registration
