Type of Event:
The 10th International Conference on Colloid & Interface Science, Bristol.

Objectives:
To bring together scientists from a wide range of disciplines and from all over the world, for a 5 day event that was being held in the UK for the first time.

Our Involvement:
We set up a registration system that could be accessed worldwide at any time of the day. The platform offered varying levels of delegate registration, social events, accommodation and credit card booking.

Outcome:
Over 1000 delegates attended, exceeding all expectation and delivering a substantial profit. The client was delighted with both the Eazybook product and customer service and as such has continued to use our registration service for further events.
